Our process will even help to remove the oily food grime that builds up on your kitchen floor grout. The secret to our cleaning process is our completely safe, non-acidic cleaning product. It basically destroys and dissolves grease, oil, food & drink spills, and any other regular dirt. And most importantly, since we are not cleaning with an acid, it is completely safe for all ceramic or porcelain floor tiles.
VERY IMPORTANT: Whether you use Babysoft or someone else, you must make sure that products with hydrochloric acid are not used in your home. This may also be known as muriatic acid, which is a dangerous chemical that has a terrible side effect of etching metal. It’s so bad that even the fumes can ruin stainless steel appliances in your kitchen. That’s no joke, and it happens all the time, but the main problem being that you won’t really notice it until well after the cleaning and you won’t really understand why or how it happened. Surprisingly, these acids are commonly used by our competitors.

Pre-Treat
Safe & Effective Cleaner
We first apply our secret weapon: our safe, nontoxic tile & grout cleaner. We allow the solution to dwell amd soften up the soils. If the grout and tile are moderatley to heavily soiled we will brush all grout lines and the surface of the tile to help break up and loosen tough oils and soils and make steam extraction easier and more effective.
Extraction
High Pressure Cleaning
We turn up the pressure and temperature on our industrial strength truckmount cleaning machine and extract all of the soils and cleaning solutions from the tile floor to leave behind a neutralize and clean floor. No cleaning residues or oils are left behind. This helps us to effectively apply clear sealer to the grout lines.
Clear Sealer
Grout Line Protection
This final step should not be skipped! Applying a clear grout sealer to your grout lines after cleaning will help keep porous grout protected from day to day traffic and usage (tile grout can re-soil very quickly). Clear grout sealers should help maintain your tile grout for 18-24 months. We can also apply color grout sealer to your tile to provide an entirely fresh new look!
