Cleaning was done professionally and beyond expectation. We were hesitant at first to sign up for the service because the cost was a little high for seniors like us. We were used to paying much less through Groupon and wasn’t sure whether there would be a big difference in the cleaning to warrant the price. However, we wanted deep cleaning this time because we have grandchildren that we babysit and two of them have allergies. We were glad we did. The carpet looks new again. My husband who usually is critical of work done by people other than himself was very impressed, especially when the stain that he had been trying for quite sometime to remove came off. Both Chris and son are people-oriented and thus made us feel comfortable to have them doing the work. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering having work done by them.

Babysoft arrived at my house on time and made sure that I had the best deal prior to cleaning my carpet. I had Babysoft come in to clean the tile and grout in my kitchen and bathrooms. Their prices may be higher than others I checked, but a friend of mine highly recommended them. They take their time and carefully brush in two different types of cleaner and then use their truck machine to pressure clean it. They were able to remove the dark areas in the grout in the kitchen, and my tile and grout now looks better than it has in years! The sealer will now keep the grout looking good for another few years, too. Thank You Babysoft.

This company has it down. . . The company is dependable; it has a wide variety of services and they show up when they are scheduled. The work is explained in detail before it is done. . . Does not try to push services we did not ask to be performed. . . Exceptionally personable. . .

We had white Berber in rental condos; after three years it wasn’t white anymore! When BabySoft Carpet Cleaning finished it was white again and all stains were gone. The stains never resurfaced. It is the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever used. Their methods are revolutionary!
